Note on the scope of the advisory service

The service is defined according to the conditions and criteria published by FZOEU on fzoeu.hr. Important notes:

• The application is submitted by the Client independently, ENERGYCOM does not apply on your behalf; the Client fills in the application form and data in the Fund's application system

• The advisory and document preparation service must be requested by e-mail to the sales representative or at info@energycom.hr

What the service includes:

The service is defined according to the conditions and criteria published by FZOEU on fzoeu.hr. Important notes:

• Detailed cost estimate and invoice for the installed plant

• Confirmation of paid OMM equipment (if meter replacement is subject to the contract)

• Project and connection possibility notice from HEP ODS (if delivered to ENERGYCOM)

• Permanent operation permit (if delivered to ENERGYCOM)

• Technical data sheets for panels and inverter

• Test reports, certificates and declarations of conformity for installed equipment

• Declaration of warranty periods for works and equipment

• Assistance in filling in the application form / payment request according to available capacity

The service provider accepts no responsibility for:

• Timescales for issuing the connection possibility notice and permanent operation permit - this documentation is issued exclusively by HEP ODS

• Documentation that HEP ODS has not officially delivered to ENERGYCOM by post

• Documentation delivery timescales that depend on the order and number of applications received and available capacity
